Printed resolutions of the meeting of the committee for Manchester, 10 December 1789, John Mitchell, chairman. 

Among the resolutions is the assertion that the Test Acts should be repealed “not as a matter of favour to the Dissenters of this Kingdom, but as a right, of which they cannot without injustice be deprived.”  They call again for the uniting of the Dissenters around the kingdom, and for public meetings to be held in all locations.
