Reverend Sirs
The relations of the Revd Richard Williams Baptist Missionary at Agra in the East Indies received a letter from his wife dated 17th June last and they have heard that he was at Calcutta last November on his way home, but not having heard a word since they are afraid that he is dead and are in much trouble
Shall I beg you will be so good as to drop a line to say if you know any thing of him
If he sailed homeward, have you heard in what vessel, I mean can you give any information that will give his relatives some hope to see
I remain Revd Sir
Your most obt Servant
