I sent in a few Days ago 2 copies of my little Private Journal of the “Niger Expedition”[2] as kept by myself which I request your acceptance of
And I now use the freedom to send in 4 additional copies of said little work which I should to be obliged if you could assist me in disposing of amongst the friends of Africa the price thereof is 5/- each, it is not advertised and I use this freedom thro you and some of my friends in announcing it; I trust you will excuse this liberty taken and Believe me to Remain
