With reference to your Enquiry as to whether either of our Ships for Africa wd call at Fernando Po we have to say that the Windemere intended to sail in a week will do so— Passengers however being rather unusual to that quarter we are unable to name any rate but should your friends wish to go we doubt not an arrangement can be made—
