Dear Sir
I enclose the Bills for advertising and Printing on account of the Flaxman Drawings: I shall be glad of your Authority for paying them £57.1.4. The two out of the balance of £82.5.10 remaining of the Subscription fund of which I send you an account to this day
There will then be a surplus of £31.4.6 part of that sum must be employed in getting a printed list of Subscriptions completed with note by way of report of the result of our operations
The Balance after that will be applicable towards the mountings &c of the Drawings from which additional Subscriptions will be required.
On another account viz: -- keeping in order the Sculptures already put up &c cleaning & taking care of the Statue, I have to pay £3.12.6 which as I understand Anonymous has promised <–> at the expense of – This a/c also is enclosed.
