Waterhouse. Sepr 23. 1829
Dear Sir.
Mr C H Tatham kindly takes my son with him to day to London & says he will try to get him a situation as an engraver. Cooperation sometimes is very valuable; it might occur to you that you could succor second such a kind intention. Mr Tatham does not know that I have written to you, therefore, if any thing beneficial be in your power, your wisdom will direct you how to communicate it lest he should that he may not be hurt by interference. I shall be very glad to see you.
I remain
Dear Sir
Your friend,
Samuel Palmer.
