Dear Madam,
I wish I could build a house for our friends in the Shetland Islands; but I have a hundred times more of such work than I can accomplish.
When Mr Richards begins the work he will have some measure of help from me; but as he is one of scores who will look for the same thing I have to cut the cake into small slices. Nothing can be more deserving than this cause: may the Lord move some of his stewards to undertake it
Yours heartily
C. H. Spurgeon
