         I return the revised with two or three corrections.  My letter of suggestions to the Conveners of the Divisional Commes will go to them by to nights post   Before however they can intelligently go to work they must have copies of he Manchester Abstract and this appendix.  I am sure that you will get them out of hand without loss of time
