Memorandum of School by Samuel Palmer, 28 January 1837.
Samuel Palmer of 4 Grove Street Lisson Grove North agrees this Jany 28 1837 with Mr William Davock to take the house No 16 Speldhurst Street, provided all circumstances are fair & square, at the rent of thirty pounds a year to commence at the half quarter after Decr 25 1836 & Samuel Palmer is to pay to Mr Wm Davock Eighteen Pounds for good will, school desks & forms & the Academy boards in front of the house –
