My dear Sir,
I have just in this moment got a patient with the beginning Hydrophobia, and I wish to give [a] great dose of Calomel. But, as I have but very little remaining of the quantity of Calomel which I have left, I beg the favor of you to leave me seom few drachmae.
Excuse this liberty I take and believe
I am for ever
