Reverend Sir,

      Dr Steane having mentioned to me that the Baptist Missionary Society were in want of two German Missionaries to proceed to India, I have mentioned the subject to Mr Busche the bearer of this, who after having been five years in a Missionary Seminary, is now here for the purpose of obtaining an engagement.
