Dear Sir
If you have any talk at Mr Fields tomorrow about the Flaxman Drawing’s Fund and Anonymous should be present I should be glad to know that the following suggestions respecting the want of the Flaxman Gallery were considered the Establishment 1st of a few yeilding [sic] from £5. to £10. a year to be employed in cleaning & repairing every year the works put up 2 of a Fund to pay for the expenses of the late [Ayitalier?]. – Advertising Printings &c 3 of a Fund to provide drawings &mountings &c of the Drawings lately purchased. 4 of a Fund for purchasing any works which Mr Foley may think desirable, now in the hands of persons who might be willing to part with the purchase they made at the sale: – 5 A fund for paying the expenses of completing a Catalogue of all the bas reliefs now fixed, the drawings &c representing the old Catalogue &c
I might suggest other things: but these seem enough
Please ^to^ remember that I want to be informed of the address of W. F. Burton. It may save trouble if I add that the Sum I have paid to Mr Foley is £307: that the amount of Subscriptions received by the College is £331.15.6 that there remains to be received £8.3. from Mr Foley and £9.9 from other Subscribers £349.7.6 besides the contributions of our Anonymous friend.
I am Dear Sir
yours faithfully
Chas C. Atkinson
