         Understanding that you are to be at Duffield next Lords day—it has occurred that you might possibly be disengaged for the following evening—and as we are to have an anniversary Tea meeting at [?] Chapel that is, the old particular Baptist Chapel, Derby, I thought it would be highly acceptable if you could make it convenient to address the meeting on that occasion---viz next Monday evening.

         Should you feel at liberty to do so a few lines per return of post will very much oblige
