Baptist Noel, Hornsey, to a Mr. Smith, [London?], 24 November [1849].
Dear Mr Smith
I am very thankful for your sensible & brotherly letter. I do not think of leaving St Johns till midsummer, till which time I shall gladly hear all that my dear Brethren kindly say to advise & warn me. I should gladly join yr circle & mingle my prayers [with] yours, but I have not many home dates for now. Affectly yours
B. W. Noel

Note on first page adds the year “1849,” which, given the reference to his leaving St. John’s chapel, seems correct.
