T[homas]. Grove at Rotherham to William Wood at Leeds, 19 June 1792.
Revd Sir,
A variety of engagements have prevented my attending the Committee Meetings in the present year, nor will it be in my power to be at the general Meeting next Thursday. Mr T. Walker has long been ill, and is at present at Bath. We shall both be much obliged to you to inform the company at the Meeting that we wish not to be any longer upon the Committee.
I remain Sir
your affectionate Friend
T. Grove
