       I enclose Colonel Phipp’s letter I regret that I am unable to bring it to you but I find that the preparations of the General Meeting & two Committees tomorrow oblige me to ask to be allowed to postpone all participation in acting or thinking in the matter of the Flaxman Drawings until Thursday or Friday.
