William Carey, Serampore, to Nathaniel Wallich, [Calcutta], 11 April 1824.
My Dear Wallich,
The grapes on the Buragung Vine appear to be harsh and sour, and those few, like the Fox in the Fable, we had better let them alone.
I will try to be present at the meeting, and may probably run down to the Garden on Friday afternoon, and come up with you, on Saturday morning.
I am
Yours, very Affecty
W Carey
